Stephanie lived in Hillsboro since 2002, where she met her husband. She grew up in Elroy, but was born in Heidelberg, Germany. Visiting family there throughout her life really sparked a desire to travel as much as humanly possible. 

 

When Stephanie isn't working or traveling, she's probably reading or watching shows about baking. When the weather is above freezing, she loves to be outdoors. Steph is an avid hiker, she's working her way through a great book that details the 50 best hikes in Wisconsin. She also enjoys kayaking. Her husband, son, and her can often be spotted on Hillsboro's lake, or on the walking path with their dog, Harley.

 

In the future, she would like to live in the country where she would have a great view of the sunrise. Stephanie is currently teaching herself to paint sunrises so it would be nice to have daily inspiration. 

 

Working at the front desk at HCRC really caters to Stephanie's social nature and her tendency towards organization. She really loves helping people from Hillsboro and the surrounding areas. For Stephanie living and working in a small community makes getting to know patients easier, and the job more rewarding.
